Nope, she missed it!

Lacy, we can discuss OLD when you get a little more age under your belt.

There is a HUGE difference between being OLD and OLDER.

My Dad is OLD. He sits around all the time (or sleeps). Thows a fit if he's asked to go to the store for a gallon of milk. Has a recliner that has a groove in it where his butt sits all the time.

My Mom is OLDER. She's 75. Just started taking a computer course on digital photography. Babysits her Greatgrandson at least 3 days a week (he's one of 12great-grands) Just returned from 2 weeks in Europe and is headed out for a week of camping next week. Saturday she is holding a brunch for 35 of her Red Hat Society members. She's doing all the cooking herself.

Can we please warn prior to clicking that there will BAD things being seen, gota go look at bobcat post to get the Tim being grabed image out of my head :o

Hi Coyote - your mom sounds like my favorite Aunt Gladys - who while in her 80s still did ballroom dancing - travelled the world - and was a member of "Tap Dancing Grannies" who went to old folks homes to tap dance for the, well, "old folks". She had a joy for life and vitality that is missed by all.

Note to all who are reading - life is a gift - enjoy it and live it to the very end.

p.s. - now what did this have to do with Faith Hill? Nothing I guess but I did see them perform together at a benefit concert here in New Orleans - they were great - Tim sang though he was suffering with bad soar throat and had to keep sucking on lemons which he would throw into audience afterwards and women would go wild. Faith didn't seem to get upset that women were clamoring for his half-eaten lemon wedges.
