There is a HUGE difference between being OLD and OLDER.
My Dad is OLD. He sits around all the time (or sleeps). Thows a fit if he's asked to go to the store for a gallon of milk. Has a recliner that has a groove in it where his butt sits all the time.
My Mom is OLDER. She's 75. Just started taking a computer course on digital photography. Babysits her Greatgrandson at least 3 days a week (he's one of 12great-grands) Just returned from 2 weeks in Europe and is headed out for a week of camping next week. Saturday she is holding a brunch for 35 of her Red Hat Society members. She's doing all the cooking herself.
