Hot spot off your phones data. That’s what I do when I am travelling in the truck. The cellphone is way too small for me to easily see emails etc.

Trying to keep myself busy in between the short runs of the generator, when I do necessary things (like cook and watch youtube!), since I don't access the internet on my phone. When the gen is going, it powers up the modem and router.

Today's project is building a rabbit hutch. It's been an adventure without plans! I figure this should keep me busy until evening chores, and then I can power up again and relax.

Critters are doing well. Baby bunnies are growing fast!

Oh, I know! I can do without most modern things, honestly. Heck, I have no running water in the trailer. But certain things *are* nice to have.

Update: still without power, don't know when it will be restored.

33 bunnies were born in the last couple of weeks, found one dead in the nest, I think it might have accidentally gotten crushed.

Lost two young pullets to what I'm 99% sure was coccidia, considering how much rain we've had here. They were about 3-4 months old.

Had to return the generator I got because the outlets were misaligned. Unfortunately, they didn't have another of that model so I had to get a larger one which cost me an additional $600 (which you can imagine I could not really afford). Only running it a few hours a day since I get about 12 hours per 30 lb tank of propane, so trying to limit how long I use it.

That's about it for now. Hope everyone is doing well in this crazy weather. Someone get Mother Nature some estrogen!
