Where are you getting these pictures from?

Most are from friends and fellow breeders. The RIR's for example are from Dave Horstman (the roo) and my friend Crystal (the hen). The Barneys are from Matthew Nelson (hen) and Piet Van Gouten (roo) etc

I have an RIR hen who has deep mahogany feathers, they're kind of tatty though. My roo(also RIR) is lighter in colour. I'm not sure of his quality, but he is a good boy, and protects his hens well.

Yes, they remind me of very dark feathered Partridge Rocks. Piet sure has good birds
