I'm having Skunk problems. My New Hampshire pullet was killed the day before yesterday by one. Now there's another trying to get into the coop.

I'm having Skunk problems. My New Hampshire pullet was killed the day before yesterday by one. Now there's another trying to get into the coop.

What are you going to try to do? Got any leg hole traps? Conabear (sp?) are what I use. They're great. Live traps work ok too. Put raw tuna or egg inside. It's fun dispatching the skunk when they're still alive though....

I started already trapping them, I caught one last night, or early morning, I took care of that one, now there's another trying to get into the coop.

That stinks. I've had problems like that before too. You could just shoot it if it's still there. I can't do it where I am, but if you're in the country it'd be fine.

We shot the first one. There's another we're going to have to kill too. Yes, we're out in the country.

Hopefully you can catch him. Predators are the worst. Esp. skunks. They're so stinky.

A poor GL wyandotte. She's one of the ones in the same group as Coco. Does not appreciate cuddles as much as Coco does.

Weird imported bush thing. Apparently they have little white flowers all over them in the spring.
