Farm chatter

:eek:I only do like 10 - 20 minutes a day! You are very committed! I don't have enough time in the day to do it for longer. :(
That’s okay and I understand. You aren’t required to spend tons of time with them like I do, and time isn’t what makes the bird friendly. I used to spend the same amounts of time you did, but I was still able to earn Joy’s trust. I only spend more time now, because I’ve become much more interested in chicken keeping then I used to be. I enjoy being with them because they’re like friends, and who doesn’t like hanging out with their friends? Of course if you want to start spending more time with them, but aren’t sure if you have time, you can bring out a chair when you do homework and multitask! It’s not required to spend time with them, but it’s rewarding and fun.

Because you know me well enough to know that I plan far in advance and cannot be swayed
if it makes you feel better, when I start my flock as an adult, I'm going to be getting all of those breeds and more
I could even do TWO speckled sussexs
I know I will get my way some day :D

I'm so busy during the week that I can't give mine that much attention if it's not a weekend :(
