OK GUYS ACTUAL FARM CHATTER ALERT:
I've been doing some googling, and it looks like a 50ish acre farmy property (farmy=at least partially fields, not all wooded) in Maine is around or below the national house average and I thought it'd be more expensive this is so great

it's definitely come open. in a little bit we will remove the rest of the hair and clean and reclose it.

shes definitely still in pain. very subdued. she will come to you if you ask her to but she immediately sits and lays down next to you. took her to potty and she just laid down. she is resting a lot.

Poor girl. I hope she's healed and feels better soon.

No but I am seeing if i have to save more or less than average to get to my farm goals

But yeah I think that’s an amazing goal...it’s been my goal for forever now too, so that’s super cool you’re already on your way to doing it

Yeah, but shouldn't pay account for inflation because as things cost more, things will pay more?
