Pea is 24 weeks old, & I'm planning to get pictures of her soon. She's a very pretty girl.

and since this is the farm chatter thread, today my farm experoenced the birth of two new goats (mutts).

Today we're bringing 2 of our bulls and our older steers to our house, then moving all the cows and calves+ the other bull across the road to a corral at my grandma & grandpa's.

I was hoping for at least one female goat. I'm sure that has a name, but I've had no coffee. Brain fails.

Calling these two "Black" and "Tan" - and now have, seemingly, four male goats and one female. Culling the oldest male for meat as soon as I have a stand alone freezer. I read I'm supposed to wait 18 months before breeding my female again. REALLY????

We were slapped by wet snow, walking out of Walmart earlier today.

We had hail today! The weather really aint it

I know nothing about goats but is it a doe?? Idk where that came from?

You could always goat math and get another female once you cull the male?
