Good luck with those 'taters! I really wanted to plant some this season, but I ran out of room. Now we have plans to expand the garden to twice it's current size. I have a feeling I'm going to wish for more space than that, but we'll see. It seems I'm not any better with 'garden math' than I am with 'chicken math'. (Or 'turkey math' lol, because you're right, I did get more.) So there's a fair warning for ya...garden math'll get ya too, especially if you set the garden up right in the first place.
And I'll have you know that I passed by the feed store like 20-some odd times last week all the while knowing there were some cute Ameraucana's in there just begging to come home with me! I really wanted them. But, I've been strong. I've got plenty of birds. Definitely don't need more...
I wonder if they're still there?? LOL.
You better beat feet down there and see!!!!!....lol. There's a piece of me that I'll never get back because I didn't bring home a lionhead bunny from the feed store that they had shaved to look just like a lion. I find myself crying in the corner almost daily because of it! You don't need that! You go get you some Ameraucana's! If there is doubt, you buy it...it's when you know for sure you can't get it is when you don't..... hehehehehhahhhaahahehh ......Just Jokin around!...

My first taters ever...aren't they the cutest little things...

Yes, I am experiencing garden math...and everything math!!! Those taters are planted in what was a lot for cattle and horses....should be very fertile soil. I'm moving all my pens back and making bigger gardens...lol. In that lot now is tomatoes, potatoes, ducks, oak trees I'm starting from acorns that I had moist in the fridge all winter and soon pumpkins....

Seems my incubator keeps getting eggs added to it also...lol. I go get my Berkshire boar tomorrow. He's just a little weaned guy.....can't wait...pig math..
