Farmer's Casserole

The recipe looks great. I was thinking about using frozen O'brien potatoes. Don't they have both onions and red and green peppers? Wow, that would be a taste pleaser!

Mines done !

I added mushrooms and sprinkled a little more cheese on top. Sitting there cooling a bit right now. Jude is so thrilled, and I get bonus points!

Jude thought it would be something we should make for Christmas morning.

That cornbread was deelish with the honey and sugar.
