Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying spring. I am in Western Pennsylvania, and it's way too balmy for mw to be out in the sun right now, or that is my excuse and I'm stickin to it!
All that aside, I culled a Barred Rock Hen today(about 2 yrs old), who just always causes too much drama and injury to my other gals.
Upon her clean out, I found her liver was half mush. I honestly thought I had cut into her intestine. She was full of fat, and it was so surprising because she was on the smaller side.
I am going to share some pictures. For reference and scrutiny...Maybe its not fatty liver. I feed dumor and have been wanting to change FOREVER! They didnt like when I switched before so I went back.
