Hey everyone I know it is technically too early to tell sex but since I have two the same age and I see some difference I thought some with more experience could weigh in (I'm not going to cull anyone until they're much older and crowing)

I have one with super short wing feathers and one with long wing feathers. The one with super short wing feathers also has dark feather for what is actually there. So, anyone think the long lighter feathered one is a pullet while the other is a cockerel? PXL_20220402_005255841.jpg PXL_20220402_005240845.jpg

It could be… but quite honestly there is no way to tell for sure at this age, I can usually tell with good certainty around 2/3 weeks but that is my line and yours could well be different. However you could well be right, slower feathering nearly always means boy with my lot. 😁
