Kasssandra oh my! That is soooo great! I cant wait to watch them grow up.

Can you explain to me the "feet" thing you were talking about so i can learn? Congrats!

See the 4&5th toes on each foot (not the normal 3 that all chickens have). These are separated, good spacing, not fused,etc. some will be fused etc and this less than desirable. Good feet are common in bantam salmons but (in my very limited experience) not as common in LF, black/blue, etc. I don't have a pic of not so good feet but I'm sure there are some here somewhere or someone will post one

Huh had no idea that - that sort of thing would be an issue - the fusing - thank you - jsut trying to learn here! With that said - that chick has perfect feet- right?

And BTW...I got some of Kassandra's goatmilk soap and they smell WONDERFUL and they are packaged so nice, so pretty! I don't know which one to use first! They are going to look so cute in a basket in the bathroom till I use 'em up!

The milk is from my moms goats. Our girls are still just youngsters but thy are dairy so maybe by next fall well be using our own milk
