Bantam of LF? And what variety are you looking for?

Salmon, but will consider others, & either size, but prefer LF.. sorry, should've added that..

OK.

I can put you on a waiting list for salmon LF or bantam, or I have b/b/s bantams available now (this coming Monday's shipment is spoken for, but open after that)...

You can see pics of my birds on my website, or if you want to see something else specifically, just let me know.

Hi All,
I am offering two dozen large fowl lavender faverolles project eggs to be shipped out monday afternoon priority.

In the group are eggs from two different pens. The first pen is a laverder male on two black pullets and two lavernder pullets. The result from the str8 lavender cross is being used to help other breeders elliminate one generation in getting directly to lavender by breeding lavender to split for chicks that should be 100% lavender. There will be lavender chicks from these egss that should be bred in any combination to any of the splits to breed 100% lavender with more faverolles blood added to them. The black pullet cross will produce splits.

In the second pen is another lavender male on three of my salmon pullets. This breeding is intended to introduce my salmon blood into the lavender project. It will produce splits that may have gold in the neck but will be black in chick color. The influx of type is well worth the end. In the next generation the result could show some tendency (if any) towards Isabel but when bred back to lavender it will produce 100% lavender with the additional faverolles blood already there.

When these potential chicks are bred they will breed lavender chicks. Your time is cut dramatically in getting to the color desired with better faverolles characteristics and type.

Any way you look at it, if you like lavender and the idea of being involved in creating a newer variety of faverolles this is an oppurtunity.

The following photos are of the parent stock.

(the black bird in the front is for another project, please look past her.)

The two dozen eggs are offered at $70.00 + $20.00 shipping

Feel free to contact me here.

Peter

Thanks. Sold!

Jeanine ~ are you starting waiting lists for spring chicks or just eggs?

Both, though chicks would have to be picked up...

Yay! That will just give me an excuse to do some shopping in Portland and the Woodburn outlets. ;-)

I need to talk to my mother-in-law and neighbor to see if they want any, then I'll send you an email or PM!
