Featherloss ideas

My rooster and a couple hens have feather loss in different areas from mating and pecking/plucking. Some spots are bald and other have little stub feathers that arent growing l. I've been using Blue Kote but it doesnt seem to be working. Ant ideas

How much space do you have in your coop/run?

If you are looking for feather re-growth and the feather follicles are still intact, those won't be replaced until the birds molt.
