Apply liquid bandage on the crack, available at most pharmacies/drug stores.🙂
Some people also use nail polish or wax, but I prefer the liquid bandage.

lol, I should have read all of the comments. Beat me to it! ;)

Well been hearing power is out in our area from yesterday morning and won’t be restored till around 4 pm this afternoon. Feeling fortunate to be on solar power. Hopefully our internet comes back then though, meant be having a video interview for a job tomorrow morning! Got one bar of cellphone signal which drops in and out lol but at least my eggs and chicks are safe ❤️

That's great that you have solar! We really need to look into it too!

I’m joining my first HAL since July of last year! Woohoo 🥳

I am setting 8 Tolbunt and Candy Corn Polish eggs today and 13 Porcelain d’Uccles and 1 surprise bantam Cochin-bantam Brahma mix :) on Tuesday hopefully (usps on time?? :lau).
Can’t wait to see these chicks!❤️

Well, I ended up with another single-chick hatch. Definitely time to invest in a new incubator before attempting another one, I think.
This is my 2nd hatch with this incubator so I'm anxious to see if it goes as well as it did the first time! 8 out of 9 in November...I dropped the lid and it cracked so they sent me a new incubator. Exact same kind but not the exact same one I did first hatch with...so if all goes well this week I'll let ya know.
They must be pretty good otherwise they wouldn't have doubled in price in less than 6 months!!!

Are these shipped eggs or your eggs? Have you had good hatches in the past? It could be many factors, but I don't have all the information. You may need to replace it so you can tweak that one. Or it may be a great hatcher or warmer....
