I’m so sorry! I think over half my shipped eggs are goners/infertile. I won’t be trying shipped eggs again this year. Maybe it’s the seller or USPS in this area. idk

Shipped eggs can be so hard. I had horrible luck then found a seller that I had amazing luck with.... A friend got some from the same seller, she lives in a different state than me and while not horrible it wasn't near as good as my hatch rate. So guessing hers was from shipping area

How many eggs do you have left developing? I only had 2 quitters. Sam is quite matey.

I'm also incubating shipped eggs: 14 silkies and 8 australorps. Day 2 today and tomorrow I'm adding some more eggs, from my friend's chickens.

I candled mine this afternoon for a check in. It looks like I have quite a few saddled that I didn’t see before. Don’t appear to be detached at this point. Would I be seeing the air cell that early though? It’s only day 2. Can try pics later.
