Well today would be day 16. My little eggs have been over 24 hours with no power. It got frigid last night in the house. Still no power and no water. I’ll try again when the cold weather goes away. We packed up and drove an hour away to the house where I grew up. Glad to have it but hate I have to use it for this.

Apply some bacitracin or mupirocin ointment. If it were me, I would open it up a bit more. Follow a zip line. Careful of the veins. Only remove membrane if needed that is completely white. How does the chick seem?
I've been trying to hang off a bit and see if she makes progress but It's getting a little late and I do intend on going and making the hole a little bigger.
She's the same, I'm not sure if I hear her chirping here and there or if its one of the other eggs. I can still see her beak and she keeps rocking the egg. I feel like maybe she's trying to rotate or peck at the shell and she can't because those moves are aggressive lol She has a sibling out and about....playing soccer with the eggs.

If she is malpositioned then she may not be able to get out on her own. This is the next step that I would take personally. Your call.😊

Thank you for your help! How far along were the eggs when you helped? Here's a short video of how she is right now. You can see the egg moving at the beginning.
