Ha. Yeah, its great. I didn't even calibrate it this time

I did calibrate it last hatch, but that was a while ago. Definitely recommend it! I have the Incuview 360.

I've never calibrated my incubator, and THANKFULLY (Praise the Lord!) I've had 2 successful hatches. (10/10 eggs that made it into lockdown hatched both hatches... yes, both times I set 14 eggs and 10 made it to lockdown and hatched )
