Febuary hatch a long

I did a quick candling this morning - saw shadows in several of my Marans eggs! The Silkie eggs from my flock are developing well, but I did have to toss out one (nothing after 14 days) as well as one of my Polish eggs. Even though it is early, several of the shipped Silkie eggs have some veins!

I have my second batch of eggs in lockdown my first batch was a complete loss.

Sorry about the first batch

I used to raise Rabbits a long time ago before I moved to Riverside California over 22 years ago. I tried them here but too hot a climate for them so after a year I went out of the Rabbit business.

I really liked raising them though!
