Got little red and the rest of our flock 2 weeks ago and I have been trying ever since to figure out what it is!

At first I thought Sussex but then it's wings started coming in like this.....

And it's face looks like this....

So does anyone have any ideas or will it be a mystery bird forever!?!

I am thinking she is a GLWD or Welsummer cross but that might be wishful thinking

Does it have yellow legs? If so, my guess would be Partridge Rock.

They aren't yellow so much as a pale yellow with brown smeared on the top.

It's shouldn't be a mutt if the feed store purchased from a hatchery.

Look at the comb very close and see if you see three ridges from front to back, the middle ridge being largest, its an EE

Not an EE. It has a single comb and no muff. Feather color looks like partridge. Im thinking partridge rock also. If it has feathers on its legs it may be a partridge cochin. Lots of feed stores seem to be carrying them.
