Feedback on cochin bantam (pic)

Just interested in what you guys and gals think of this cochin bantam.
I am almost positive that it is a roo

and hopefully a blue

I have a bantam hen with waddles and a comb that big.

I have some black hens with blue background and I am wanting to bring the blue back out in them.

I think a black roo also. However I have an 8 week old little bantam cochin roo that I thought for the life of me was black and I think he may actually be a blue. I'll get a pic and post it on this thread for comparison.
