Feeding chickens and ducks

I am quite new to raising poultry and have found reading these forums very helpful! I have 12 chicks about 2 1/2 months old and 3 ducks about 2 months old. This weekend we were finally able to get everyone moved out to the coop and run. They are getting along fine but I'm struggling with keeping the ducks out of the Medicated Chicken starter! The ducks are on Duck grower pellet feed which is a little less protein but has the added niacin. Any suggestions on how to keep everyone eating their OWN food?! Thanks!!

Any chance you could add liquid poultry vitamins to their water and feed them all the chick food? Then they can get what extra they need from the water?

What about switching to an all flock food such as purina flock raiser? Then, everyone can eat the same thing. Add the niacin as suggested by @CayugaJana.
