Feeding your chickens whole corn

I heard it’s fine to feed your chickens whole corn for livestock. What are your thoughts.

As long as it is just as a treat. Corn is not particularly nutritious.

Yeah, chicks can’t eat the big kernels, but my adult hens enjoy a handful as a treat.
