feathers rough and not shiny. Suggestions please!

I have on Peking duck with a grey beak - but feet are orange - She was always like this - she does only lay soft shell eggs but is healthy otherwise

If she only lays soft shell eggs that is a problem. Do you leave out oyster shell for your ducks?
