It's so hot she's not even sitting anymore. But at least today she came out on her own so that's a progress.

ETA: you can call him Gus Gus for short when speaking to him directly out in the field --- like the helpful little in Cinderella (Disney version) that has been running through my mind since naming Augustus the Mighty.

Friday is close! There is a big heatwave here, I hope the eggs are fine. I'm not home to try candling, but will be as soon as I see from the camera that hatching has started!

As I have three eggs you can have #3 = Tebaldi and rename it to Siena if you like.
