I am new to incubating eggs as many of you can tell by the numerous questions I have asked. I was wondering how you can determine if an egg is fertilized before placing it inside the incubator??

You can't. You have to crack an egg to tell if it is fertile. If you have been checking fertility of your eggs and having a good fertility rate, then you have a good chance that the eggs you are putting in the bator are fertile.
