Go to your profile and see your recent activity. Deselect all (Breeds & Supplies, Forums, Profiles) but the one that says "Articles" and you will have a list of all the pages you have made.

To increase # of posts per page:
click on your profile
click on edit account
scroll almost to the bottom
You should see it there

I think that's just a PPM feature... Not sure if GFMs and regular members can do that.
