So what do they taste like? Chicken

Yes it's like frog legs or alligator if you have ever had them. I've heard it describe as a good mix between chicken and fish. It kinda has a swampy taste with the texture of chicken.

I am a Florida native and I never ate frogs legs or alligator. But my dh has and he said he tasted turtle soup I’ll stick to chicken

These are snapping turtles they eat meat.

If they are snapping turtles and eat meat.........don’t put even a toe of yours in that water. Might as well be alligators in there.

I've read that they are scared of humans. And are not a problem for swimmers. But yeah I'm too chicken to swim in the pond lol

The turds are in our fridge, friends came over and showed us how to dress them out. Were gonna get together again and have a turtle and chicken fry
