Okto: the run is 3 x 8, and then there is another 20 sq feet of space under the henhouse.

They also get at least an hour in the morning and between 3-4 hours in the evening to roam around the yard.

Very Pretty! Mine is simular to yours and hopefully will be finished out this weekend. I love the little playhouse look! Only thing is mine has a "porch" on it where my windows are and my DH doesn't want me to put real flowers in the window boxes because he says when I water them the water would run down and rot out the plywood faster even though we are applying a sealant.
