I know it’s still very early for them to start laying, but what’s the fun of chickens without being impatient with every stage???
My Wyandottes are about 19 weeks old now, probably almost 20. They’ve had teeeeeeny tinyyyyyyy no combs for ages and absolutely zero development. I’ve heard a lot of “Wyandottes are hard to sex, they redden up early!” and apparently my girls think that’s silly. But now we’re getting some comb action up in here! No squats yet, but slowly we’re getting close
