First aid kit?

Hi

I am looking to put together a first aid kit for my chickens and ducks. I have done quite a bit of research on what a kit should have but I wanted some real life feedback as well. What items have you used the most? What is the most common injuries you have experienced and what supplies you needed to fix it?

I just had a duck with a niacin deficiency and it took some running around to get what i needed to get him better. I want to be more prepared for anything that may happen in the future.

I have used cleaning ointment, cotton swabs, paper towels, and no-pick solution by far the most. Also, electrolytes! This URL is a good list:
