Well the little yellow one died. Not sure why I just found it dead under mom. The rest seem to be doing great though.

They run around and eat when mom clucks at them. It got warm here so I let them out in the yard for about 10 min so mom could poop. It was very cute. I'll get a picture soon. Thanks guys for asking. HOw's it going for you fordmommy. Time to candle yet?

Yes she seems to be. This one acted a little weaker than the others from the start. The other one that died had a belly problem when I checked it closer. It's belly was swollen up real wierd. The rest seem ok. She seems to be taking good care of them. She still had the dead ones under her like she was trying to keep them warm still. It's sad.

yep. I've seen them all but the little yellow one. It wouldnt ever come out from under mom. I tried making it and it would just run back under her.

Totally freaked! Bator temp dropped. It lasted about 2 hours or so. I got my bator to a friend's house about 2 miles from me within 30 minutes. The temp was at 87* at the lowest so we should be fine. But HOLY COW! What a scare! Bator back home. Thanks for the quick thinking of Buck Creek Chickens and Babylady4. I think I need to crash and burn.
