I have had girls squatting, hips spreading and making nests in the nesting boxes for a couple weeks now, and still no eggs. I was hoping for a Halloween egg, but still nothing! I have a light that comes on at 6am everyday but I think the fall weather and shorter sunlight is slowing things down. O well the wait goes on. 21 weeks and counting......

Bummer. Have patience, 21 weeks is still pretty young.

Today is 26 weeks for my EEs. The lack of eggs is starting to cause some tension around here. Praying they lay before real winter sets in.

Lol, Im right there with you! Coming on 27 weeks and got a squatter but still waiting for that first egg.

I counted it out, and mine are 28 weeks.

The girls were cooped up for the last 2 days, it has been rainy and cold so I figured it was a good time to see if anyone would lay me an egg in the coop. Nope.
I did the property search again today for hidden nests. Sigh, try again tomorrow! Lol.
I told them they have 2 more days to drop an egg, then Im coming out with some KY Jelly, squirting some up the butts and squeezing them till an egg shoots out.
