23 weeks now, but everyone tells me it will still be a few weeks. I get different time frames from whoever I talk to or whatever I read.

It's not common, but it can happen if you have a girl that is extremely inclined towards motherhood.

No problem! If you do have a poult that's already a miss broody-pants, plan to use her butt for hatching in the future! I wish my hens would help me out with hatching, but they're all freeloaders.
