    One of my 18-week old New Hampshire Reds laid her first egg this week! I'm so proud of her! Hopefully the other gals (Brown Leghorns, Golden Laced Wyondotttes and New Hampshire Reds) will get jealous and start laying too. So exciting! Like Easter going out to see if you can find some eggs! The egg was nice medium size and a hard shell. Inside, the egg was perfect!
