This afternoon, I found this while cleaning the coop (see attached photos) I rinsed it, because it was coated with sweet PDZ, to get a better picture. Toothpick included for size comparison.
And these are the meds I have in my first aid kit. (also in attached photos)
Could use this group's expert advice on how best to treat, please.

Also: as long as I do not see worms in the eggs collected, recently - can they still be eaten, or should I toss?

Could that just be grass or hay she has passed in her dropping? Nothing looks like a worm to me. Tylan does not treat worms. SafeGaurd will treat most chicken worms at a dosage of 0.25 ml per pound given for 5 straight days.

Yes, it could! In fact, the 2 larger pieces look like they have a "seam" running the length of them. The tiny one does not. Should I hold off and watch for more?
I should add that the dropping must've been VERY watery, because the sweet PDZ it landed on, had a saucer-sized wet spot under it.
Also, there were a couple of clear, gell like bits in the dropping, which you can see here, covered in sweet PDZ granules

I would hold off. It never hurts to worm a chicken if they seem to be losing weight or having problems. Your vet might be able to run a fecal float to look for microscopic worm eggs in the poop.

Ok. I'll check closely over the next couple days.

The safeguard I have is liquid. Would I put it in a treat and give it orally? Once a day for 5 straight days... and done?
How long to toss eggs after administering?

Unfortunately, the only vet in my area that handles exotics or chickens is not accepting new patients. She is overwhelmed with domestic and exotic patients. :hmm

I remember finding an article on here once, that explained checking your own slides under a microscope. I am all about learning something new. I think I'll try to find it, again. I remember putting the microscope in my saved shopping list on Amazon. Would rather have an experienced lab do this, for accuracy's sake. But, I live in the "outer-burbs". I am not particularly squeamish, as long as I don't have to cut an animal open. And if push came to shove, I'd go there, too.

@Sammster You are correct. There are two large roundworms present. One is to the left of the toothpick. The other is at the lower right of the toothpick.
The one at the top right of the toothpick is tubular shed intestinal lining.
It would be best to worm all your birds orally with the Safeguard liquid wormer using a syringe without a needle. Use the dosage as stated by Eggcessive above in post #2, an average weight is all that is needed.

Safeguard is a Benzimidazole. Benzimidazoles are poorly absorbed into the bloodstream and are mostly excreted. However, there is still minute residue in the eggs.
We eat the eggs after using Safeguard and I'm still here typing.
If you suspect that you or a family member might have a reaction to the residue, toss the eggs in the garbage for 2 weeks after the 5th day. Do not give away or sell eggs to be eaten, nor give the eggs to your chickens to be eaten.
