Well I had two purple chicks. Really. I hatched out two blue silkies from allaboutdemchicks and when you shined the flashlight on them and they were wet, they had purple spots in the feathers. Honest!

I might offer some of the Wheaten chicks for sale.

I'm keeping the Partridge babies only because I have decided to change roos. My "Partridge" roo is not typey enough, so the Partridge chicks are going to go into my general mixed egg laying flock when they are old enough. I want to breed as close to type as I can, so the old roo is out and I'll bring a new one in to replace him for the eggs and chicks I'll offer in the Spring.
