First hatch into the brooder. So happy!

If the toes are seriously curled, you may want to get some painter's tape "shoes" onto it sooner rather than later. If it's going to improve with the shoes, you'll see results within 24 hours or even less. The sooner the shoes go on, the better the chance it has.
That's more or less what we did with Gimpy. Though we used vetrap and a small disc of thin plastic for support.

Would you recommend wrapping them while still in the incubator?

I would wait until you take them out of the incubator. That will give you an idea of just how bad the feet are. Sometimes newly hatched chicks will appear to have curled toes that straighten out quickly on their own.

This is what I was thinking, glad to have some confirmation. Thanks!

Late Hatch is doing pretty well. They kept kicking off their braces, but one foot is looking good and the other is about 50% of where I'd like it to end up so is now in a stronger brace. They're plenty hungry and thirsty, and I've been giving them some light sugar water by hand to make sure they're drinking well.

We kept them in a small tub inside the brooder for their first night just to keep an eye on them and make sure their siblings don't overrun them too badly. This evening I've moved them into the main flock so they can all be together and I think the prognosis is pretty good.

The main hatch are all developing splendidly. They're getting big so fast.
