With the other chick rolling them I'm not sure how the air cells are sitting. I know I have this one and 4 others pipping right now.

You can quickly candle or just turn the eggs so the pip is up and on the side...

Remove any hatched chicks if they get knocking the eggs around..I do..

Here's a simple thought..Look at the pip holes and have the point end of the egg facing your right hand and the fat end to your left..Pip hole facing you to the topside of the egg..They zip out to the opposite side of the egg..Make sense?. I hope so...
