HAHAHA - I have a feeling the same thing will happen to me. We have room for atleast 10, but could probably squeeze in 12

4 sq ft per bird is recommended for inside the coop

I have a 3 month old barred rock and I adore the breed. I had a barred rock cockerel before i got her I had to have him put to sleep he was only 5 months old but he ended up with very bad joints and arthritis in his legs and couldn't stand anymore. but he was so sweet and so is Lizzie B the pullet I have now

I have a 6 month Light Brahma cockerel right now,. Zeus, and he is also a sweet guy, going through puberty at the moment and is still really pretty mellow.

I had a LT brahma pullet who I lost to a raccoon last fall, she was absolutely a mama's girl and would follow me everywhere and would yell if I was out of her sight.
