I have a female pygmy goat and I can't remember if they bag up if they are a first timer. Her sack is just a little swelled and rounded. Usually she doesn't want petted but this morning she wouldn't get out of my way.....lol I guess I will keep an eye on her and set up another heat lamp.

Oh, this could be exciting! A baby pygmy. [IMG]

Keep us posted. Is her due date any time now?

Some do and some don't. I'm a big help, right? [IMG] Just keep an eye on her pooch and signs for contractions. We'll be waiting for pictures.

We had twin babies born last week to another female. I checked on her and she was up walking around, eating and didn't act any different then 20 minutes later as I was walking through the gate I heard baby goats crying. Went to see what was going on and she had 2 babies!!!! I never know when she will kid. This one is her daughter and hopefully she doesn't do the same thing.
