First time hatching experiencing difficulties!

Absolutely! I'm glad I could be of assistance! At the moment it's just a matter of her resting and once she gets some energy back she'll probably start flopping around in the incubator as she learns how to use her feet. If you have a vitamin supplement like Poultry Cell, Nutridrench, or Polyvisol WITHOUT iron (a liquid infant vitamin) I would offer her some once she's dried and has some energy. I'm hoping she pulls through for you! She fought for as long as she did so I think there's a good chance she'll be ok. Let me know how she does!
These are the only multivitamins I have (from my parrot) would these work?

While it probably is I actually wasn't able to find anything when googling and I don't have any knowledge of it myself so I don't want to say yes and be wrong.
Current status of the baby she’s drinking on her own but can’t get her to eat yet. Any comments on this timeline or things I should be doing ?

Since she's a lone chick you'll likely have to interact with her a bit more to get her to eat. A lot of times one chick figures it out and the rest copy it. Tapping the food with your finger to draw her attention to it much like the momma hen would do when pecking will hopefully get her interested. Is she moving about the brooder freely now or still sleeping a lot? I would also make sure she has a way to get away from the heat source, they can get heat exhaustion quite easily if they don't have a cool side and a warm side to regulate their temperature. If you're able to get chicks from someone else or even a feed store to keep with her that would be good. Though I have raised one alone before due to medical issues it's not recommended and they tend not to thrive because they're very social.

Yes she runs around then falls back asleep she’s still not strong and has been sleeping a lot. I could get other chicks, it right now she’s so weak it seems they would just topple over her. Is there a way to post video on here so you can see if it is normal weak or something wrong?

You can upload videos onto YouTube and share the link here. I believe YouTube has an option to make the video only available to view for people with the link.
