She doesn’t mind, that’s why I’m confused. When I try to put her own weight on it she toppled over.

Ok, since it's not causing pain I would straighten the leg and gently wrap it with vet wrap/sports wrap. The bandage that sticks to itself without adhesive. Switch her to using Poultry Cell just to be safe since I'm not familiar with the brand you're using and how safe it is for chickens.
You may want to take a look at this thread from last year as well. I spoke to him recently and his chick is now an adult hen and still has a bit of a limp but is ok!
