First Time Hatching....Round 2

Alright, I put eggs in the bator the day after my first batch hatched. Yes, I'm addicted. How did you guess?
On the 22nd I put 8 Lavender Orpington eggs in and on the 23rd I put in 3 of my own eggs and 15 Ameraucana eggs. I've got Salmon Faverolles (yay!) on the way that will hopefully arrive today so I can put them in tonight. I'm planning on building my own hatcher since this had to be a staggered hatch. I lucked out last time and got 3 batches of eggs on the same day.
But, this will give me time to candle and toss the clears before it's time to join Mahonri's Easter hatch on the 2nd.

I have 54 eggs, candled yesterday at about 5 days, saw 2 clears and the rest all seem to be developing! I will look again in 5 days and if the ones are still clear, I will toss them.

Okay ladies.... you say you've candled and thrown out the "clear" eggs.
Are these the ones that look like a plain yolk inside and unfertilized?
I see a few more eggs with veins today. I'm at day 7.
Some of the yolks with the vein systems roll around a bit when rotated over the light, some dont.
I have a few that are undistinguishable.
These are 3/4 completly dark inside but have a transparent base.
I cannot tell anything in these and I dont think the yolks in these move at all.
Waiting is painful.
Ugh... Why is it when you want the days to go by faster... they seem slower than molasses?!
Any tips??

Thanks for the link... Very helpful going day by day.
My brown and green eggs are as indistinguishable as the photos in the link at day 10.
So, I guess (hope) there is somethin in there!!
I have some that are identical to the link, but of course those are leghorn or buff eggs and easy to see.
Being a newbie is tough!

Btw... picked up some blue splash and black marans chicks yesterday from a local exotic bird gal.
Good LORD they had alot of incubators!
And I thought I was bad.... Good to know i'm not the only animal freak in my neck of the woods!

They were a couple days old.
5.00 bucks a piece and adults are on site.
Seller had feathered in marans babies as well, I was just being cheap.
I'm hoping to get a rooster out of this marans straight run as I only have one rooster for my 30 hens.
Seller told me if I didnt get a rooster out of this batch, she would hold one for me out of the next raised batch.
That seemed fair enough.
I'd like to hatch out marans next year.
I have a supplier for black copper marans too.
About an hour drive away from my home and those chicks are 8.00 each.
He said these marans are from 3 different breeding lines of marans.
I can buy eggs to hatch or chicks from him.
Im excited for those dark eggs!!
If you live close, you could get some too.....

I'm on day 5 of my second try. I have about 6 of my barnyard mix ( large fowl size chickens) and 10 frizzle banty eggs, and 10 mixed banty eggs--all 20 were shipped, so I'm crossing my fingers! I'm waiting till Day 7 to candle, because I'm just not too experienced in doing it, plus, I figure the less I handle the eggs the better. I have a few stacked on top of each other anticipating some will not be fertile or will not develop...this is my second use of my brinsea--I love it!

We are on day 10 here... We candled on day 6 and 19 out of 20 looked like they were forming baby chicks... so I am hoping for a good hatch this time! The humidity seems to be running 45 -52% I don't know how I will get it to 70% when I lock down but hoping I do!!!
