I can't guarantee it, but technically the angels shouldn't bother the guppies. I did have one Angel try to eat a Cory catfish and got it stuck in its mouth and died, so,,,

You could try hand picking out snails. That never worked for me as they reproduce rapidly. Goldfish will eat smaller snails, but again you would need a fish store.
I just added 5 very tiny corys to my angels tank. They seem to be ignoring them. I cant find my new pleco though. Most expensive fish I bought of course. Also very tiny.

I usually have Cory cats with my angels. I only had one try to eat them in the 15 years since I kept them, so it isn't normal. I once bought some beautiful cardinal tetra. The angels slurped them up overnight.

I also have a male betta. IDK if he is eating any or not. Then theres the hornwort and java moss going nuts... I have that in 2 of my tanks and a bucket. Wonder if anything would survive my pond ?

I don't know where you live but guppies do well in water a lot colder than you might think as long as they are acclimated. I don't heat or filter any of my tanks. Rebel without a cause and all.
