I would hazard a guess the fin is fungal . For bloat I would give a skinned pea but I dont think bettas will eat it.

How would I treat that? And I’ve heard it recommended for bettas too but you’re right, idk that he’d eat it. I might try it anyway though. And I think I’m still gonna do the salt treatment and maybe add an almond leaf to the tank?

He just swam over to greet me so I think that’s a good sign? Really not sure how to treat him though :/

He looks like he’s trying to poop but it’s stuck so I’m hoping it’s just constipation and not dropsy

Might still get some meds anyway though and gonna try a salt bath.

This is bloat, look familiar ? Dont feed him. Unless its roughage

Put a mirror in front of him to make him flair, they normally poop when they flair.

It’s a disease bettas can get or at least a symptom of a disease. I think it’s a bacterial infection or something. Not sure if other fish can get it. But I’m gonna try to find a pea
