Fish Thread

Imma post this here because I'm afraid to post it on fishlore. My brother gave me some green sunfish, I only have 10gal tanks, so can I make a pond for them? Has anyone here ever kept them?

So after probably 2 months now of not aging any fish and just letting my tank cycle I finally went out and got some fish. I got 2 pictis catfish 2 kuhli loaches 4 harlequin rasboras (1 died while float acclimating) and 6 neon tetras once my tank settles from these I will go get at least 9 rasboras and 6 neons. To even put those schools.

My betta Shinta is not doing well. Poor guy has had no appetite for weeks, though today and yesterday he started showing some interest in food again and has been more active. It looks to me like the tip of his upper jaw has just kinda rotted off. All last week I really expected him to be dead, but it seems like he's started to improve. So I'm going to try daily water changes and kanaplex and hope for the best.

This is my biggest and favorite of my goldfish. He (unsure of sex) is almost 2 years old and is just about 8 inches long including his tail. He is also my first goldfish out of 5.
