My mother felt the same way when we were down to 1 goldfish, and then I brought a few home from the school carnival.

Right now I just have one male betta. He's all bent and crumpled sideways because he got sucked into a water filter so now he swims on his side if he wants to get anywhere

I know that feeling. I had 11 I think and I was getting pretty good at decorating w/ live plants and wood. I really enjoyed it. Today I have someone to do maintenance on my 40g.

I used to love setting up new tanks, creating new worlds. I had 11 tanks running at one time too. Now it's just the two. A 125 and a 75 with just goldfish. They are less sensitive to changes, so it's easier for me.

Just upgraded my catfish's 10 gallon to a 20 gallon!

I also finally found the right size/shape of driftwood for his tank the week before Thanksgiving.

I'm 98% sure he's a madtom, but I don't know what specific breed or whatever the term is.
