Being sick sucks! I might be able to get pictures up today, my phone isn't going haywire right now.

I've been thinking a lot about my frizzled bantam Cochin cockerel. He's just too sexually charged at the moment to be trusted around the bantam girls, mostly OEGB, and I don't think Gimpy should ever be in a flock with any cockerel/rooster. I'm not really sure of the next step.

He has no problem with people, he still Let's me pick him up if needed and has not once been aggressive towards myself or others.

Nothing in the trap last night. I'm able to borrow a bigger trap, so we'll see if something happens tonight!

How old is your roo? Do they start to calm down after awhile?

You don't wanna re-home him and regret it.

Fingers crossed theres something in the trap tomorrow

PIGEON CHILD!!! it's 17 ° Fahrenheit and we have a new flock member! Mom's keeping him under her but HE HATCHED!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone,
How are we today?
Im going to the doctors today im 100x worse then yesterday and I think I have a chest infection now.
Can't breath, can't sneeze, can't blow my nose. Everything hurts!

Weather Update:
We got 18mm since 12pm last night but while Jordan was looking out the window leaning on the bench to see that the rain is going in the gutters. Cracked the stone benchtop. So now I have to get someone out to fix it.

I saw your wish list so I went and made one too... at MyPetChicken... I have 1 Barred Rock.... 1 Speckled Sussex.... 1 White Austra Leghorn... I think I’m saying that wrong.. it’s a Australorp x Leghorn... I Buff Brahma... and 1 light Brahma...
I will prolly most definitely change this... I just picked some cuz it’s all I could find that I might want.. like.. I’m not sure about the Brahmas as they are so large but I think they are stunning!!
I also might wait to see what TSC has when they get theirs ...
I was thinking to get another EE but the one I have has stopped laying.. but she may have had a partial molt.. so we’ll see.. but she is also acting so very strange! Have any of you read the Derperella thread? Well, I swear she turned into a total Derp! She was always a bit quirky but now just a bit more so!
