Integration is somewhat complicated but it works best if they are close in size. You will likely have to keep the babies separated for a while along with the one month olds.
The time will go by quickly! They should be about 16 weeks old when you put them together
The older pullet will get the run of the coop while big and littles will stay in their brooders...
Cravings!
This week's cravings include: Olives, Pickles on cheese sandwich, Spicy Food and a Ice Coffee Breaker (I never drink these), Bacon and Avocado.
And yes I ate them all lol. Jordan cooked me Bacon this morning![]()

Back side of coop, horse stalls in background, boards laid out for the run which will extend out 15ft x 12ft. It'll be used for first two weeks before free ranging. And then it'll just be a safe place from the sun and hawks/bald eagles. It'll have a netting top along with either tin or tarp.

I took this after raking out all the old molding hay. I made a pallet tower with a pallet ramp for them. In the back is a platform with an old plastic fog house on it. There are some old boards off to the side I'll be setting up for roosting. I got two feeders and one large waterer. I'm thinking of setting them up on the palletsi got shavings to cover the floor to keep it drier and warm at night.
Anyways a busy day today!!! I'll try and catch up tomorrow!
